THE TETRAD -- Part II

We have examined the physical properties possessed by the Tetrad. I have shown how this quality is associated with the trigram for Mountain, at which point I revealed that the bottom line of the trigram indicates whether the trigram exhibits mercurial qualities (solid line) or martial qualities (broken line).

Let’s now look at the corresponding section from the Genesis narrative.

9 And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.
(Gen 1:9 KJV)

To understand what this signifies, we’ll have to return to the Earth where we left it at the end of Day Two.

So the biosphere was divided into water below and gas above. The land was hidden beneath the single world-spanning ocean.

Now, on Day Three, the situation changes as the land rises up from beneath the waters.
